I had an amazing dining experience at Fuegos del Sur! Miquel and Yeisa provided outstanding service, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I ordered the salmon, and it was cooked to absolute perfection—moist, flavorful, and just the right texture. And the grilled veggies? OMG, they were mouthwatering! Dessert was enjoyable as well every bite was a delight. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the attention to detail was truly impressive. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back when I travel to Miami.
Stephanie and Alejandro were absolutely amazing. Reservation was booked for 13 people.....but our team turnout gradually increased to 22! Yes...13 to 22. Unplanned. Stephanie took everything in stride and was very accomodating. She and Alejandro took really good care of us and did an amazing job. There was no mix up of orders. It felt like she knew what each person requested....for 22 ppl! Fantastic. Food was also good. Can't remember the name of the fish I ate, but it was delicious. Heard the salmon and lamb were also good. Everyone had a good time. Would definitely recommend Fuego.
